Passeport Vélo (Bike Passport) Available at the Tourist Office of Bagnères de Bigorre :
This is a booklet to be stamped in the tourist offices which lists all the passes you've ascended.
Once you've conquered all the passes, you send your booklet to the departmental council, which will send you back your bronze, silver or gold Brevet Cycliste Haut-Pyrénéen a few days later.
